I often tell people to sing “Happy Birthday” through twice (not necessarily aloud) if they want to wash their hands thoroughly. That’s how long you need to scrub with soap to prevent the spread of infection, according to advice from WorkSafeBC.

This new video shows how viruses can make their way from one sneeze onto a keyboard, phone, and ultimately into your home. It leaves me cringing and laughing – and will definitely stay in my mind. Yuck!
